According to sub-section (4) and (4A) of section 20, a person who is not satisfied with the order given by the manager to cancel or suspend the production license, certificate or letter of recommendation may appeal to the Secretary of the Ministry of Health within thirty-five days from the date of receiving the notice of such order.
(2) The decision of the complaint made according to sub-section (1) should be done within three months.
